  • How do I schedule a session? And how is the payment made?
    It is quite simple. Only with 4 steps can you mark your session. 1. Choose the day and time you prefer. 2. Choose the professional you want. 3. Receive the information to make the payment securely after the appointment of your session. 4. Log on to any device with Internet access. After the first session, the follow-up will be organized with the professional to follow the individual objectives of each person. The sessions last for 50 minutes.
  • I could not attend the session .... And now?
    We look forward to your arrival throughout the time of the session. If for any reason you miss the session, you should schedule again if you wish. In these cases, the payment previously made will not be refunded. However, if the session does not occur due to technical failures, the new schedule will be free of payment.
  • I'll have to cancel the session ... What do I do?
    The cancellation and possible rescheduling can be done, without any prejudice, up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
